About Us

About us

Nature in Balance is run and owned by Justin Peters who has been involved with animals and the countryside his entire life, so agricultural and equine needs are fully understood. For over seven years Nature in Balance has independently provided a professional and local pest control service tailored to the requirements of discerning homes and businesses in Surrey, Hampshire and West Sussex.

One hour time appointments mean you will not be kept waiting for a technician. An unmarked vehicle is available (on request) if discretion is required.

Pest Control training, qualifications and experience

Justin is qualified to Royal Society for the Protection of Health (RSPH) Level 2 and is a members of BASIS Prompt, the Professional Pest Controller register. Qualifications are backed up by 17 years of experience which helps get to the core of the problem in a more efficient manner. All this means you can be confident in our services and methods. We use the very latest pest control techniques and products but are also very experienced in the traditional methods of controlling and preventing pests.

Public Liability (£5m) and Employers insurance is in place for your peace of mind.

Prices

Our prices are very competitive and will be fully explained on the phone and always before any work is carried out, so no unpleasant surprises. As individual pest problems can be very different in complexity, we prefer to discuss your pest problem before estimating the cost for the work. You will find our services and advice of great value.

Ethics

Animal welfare is a very high priority, and the most humane control methods are employed at all times where applicable. Often, pest control is achieved by carefully planned habitat management.

Environment

Rodent control is carried out within the guidelines of the latest codes of practice which creates environmentally safer pest control.

Insect control is carried out with the goal of creating zero impact on the environment. This even extends to our choice of product packaging.
